What does a good leader look like

Good Leaders

Good leaders need skills to lead successfully. A leader needs to be a good listener because he/she needs to listen to his/her team. He/She also needs to be persuasive because they will need to talk to business partners and persuade them to make deals. They will also need to be an excellent motivator and be able to motivate the team to help make deals. A person in this position must be honest honest to they're the supervisor and the team. Finally, A good leader needs to be able to communicate with the team, customer, business partners, And Supervisor. These are the four major qualities I think make a good leader.
