What employers expect.

Employers want the most efficient, most detailed work out of their employees. Employers expect their employees to be respectful trustworthy and hardworking. Employers expect all of they're employees to treat each other and customers with the utmost respect. Employers often hire people who have flexible hours and a good work ethic. Employers are going to hire someone who will treat they're clientele and associates with a lot of respect.
